Saigon FlavoursWell I have never been to Saigon but if this dish is authentic, it's definitely really good . I was skeptical of trying this place based on some of the reviews.The reviews about portion sizes had me guessing if I'd dine at this restaurant. Im not sure if the portions are consistent , however my dish came with a lot of food . Very comparable to other restaurants serving similar dishes. I was full after my meal . The restaurant was clean and the music suited the atmosphere. The service was quick and the lady who helped us was friendly and sweet . I would come again to try one of the dishes I was wondering about, shrimp and curry something.

Food was really good and came quickly. Our server was really helpful with the menu. Maybe a bit too helpful. We had ordered Pho and asked for half noodles but she recommended the small size. When our pho came it was very large with lots of noodles. Our server then told us we could have substituted noodles for more veggies or meat. Not sure why she didn't mention it while we were ordering... Inside seating was nice. Small local food joint. The second visit will be better as now we know we can substitute things.
